Account & Registration

Head to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Pakistani mobile number and a password. You will also confirm your date of birth — q879 is for adults aged 18 and above only. The process takes under two minutes and your account is active straight away. Once registered you can make your first deposit immediately using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer in PKR.

Yes, completely free. There is no registration fee and no subscription. You only spend money when you choose to deposit and play. You can register, explore the platform, check out the game lobby and browse the sports betting markets before adding any PKR to your account.

Use the password recovery option on the Login page. Enter your registered email and a reset link will be sent to you. Click it, set a new password and you are back in. If you no longer have access to that email, contact the support team via live chat with your registered mobile number. Do not create a second account — duplicate accounts can cause issues with your balance and VIP status.

No. Each player is allowed one account on q879. Accounts linked to the same person, mobile number or payment method may be flagged and closed. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, use the recovery option or contact support rather than creating a new one.

Yes. q879 is accessible from anywhere in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad and all other cities. Registration, deposits and gameplay work the same regardless of your location within Pakistan. The platform runs on both mobile browser and the downloadable app.
Deposits & Withdrawals

q879 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit card. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most popular options among Pakistani players because they are instant and do not require a bank account. Bank transfers and Raast typically clear within a few hours depending on your bank.

Withdrawal times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly, often within a few hours. Bank transfers can take one to two business days depending on your bank. Make sure the name on your q879 account matches the name on your payment method exactly — mismatches are the most common reason for withdrawal delays. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, contact support via live chat.

q879 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. All amounts are processed in PKR without any currency conversion. Your own bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own charges — JazzCash and Easypaisa typically have no fee for wallet-to-wallet transfers, but check your provider's terms if you are unsure. Any applicable charges from your payment provider will show on your bank or wallet statement, not on q879.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits normally appear within a few minutes. If yours has not shown up after ten minutes, first check that the transaction was completed successfully on your wallet app — you should have a confirmation message or receipt. If the payment left your wallet but has not appeared in your q879 balance, contact the support team via live chat and share your transaction reference number. Do not repeat the deposit until the first one is resolved.

For security purposes, withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for deposits. This is a standard practice across online platforms to prevent misuse. If your deposit method is no longer available — for example a mobile number has changed — contact the support team who will assist with account verification before any alternative withdrawal method can be set up.
Slots & Casino Games

q879 has over 500 slot titles in the lobby. These include classic three-reel slots, multi-payline video slots, jackpot slots and games with bonus rounds and free spin features. The library is updated regularly with new releases. You can browse by category — new games, popular titles, jackpots — or search directly by name. All stakes are played in PKR.

The Live Casino section on q879 features professional dealers streaming in real time 24 hours a day. Available games include Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and various game show formats. Tables run across different stake levels so whether you prefer smaller PKR bets or higher-limit play, there are seats available. The live dealer feed is stable and runs well on both the app and mobile browser.

Slot games on q879 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology which means every spin result is independent and random. RTP — Return to Player — is a long-term percentage that describes how much a game pays back to players over a very large number of spins. A slot with 96% RTP will theoretically return PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered over its entire lifetime, though individual sessions vary widely. RTP figures for each game are usually available in the game's information panel.

Demo or free-play modes on selected slot titles let you explore a game's mechanics without using real PKR. This is useful when you are trying a new game or learning the bonus features before committing your balance. Live casino tables require a real-money balance as they involve live dealers streaming in real time. Check individual game listings for demo availability.
Sports Betting & Cricket

Yes. The Bet section covers Pakistan Super League fixtures, T20 internationals, One Day Internationals and Test matches. Markets include match winner, top batsman, total runs, over/under and various in-play options. Odds update ball by ball during live matches. All bets are placed and settled in PKR.

In-play betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds change dynamically based on the match situation — a batting team reaching 100 for no wickets at the halfway point will have very different odds from a team that has lost four wickets for 60. Markets may be temporarily suspended for a few seconds between deliveries or when a significant event occurs. This is normal. Place your bet when the odds refresh and the market reopens.

Alongside cricket, q879 covers football including international fixtures and major leagues, as well as Esports titles. The range of available markets depends on the season and scheduling of live events. Cricket — particularly PSL and Pakistan international matches — carries the most depth in terms of available markets and in-play options throughout the year.

Winnings from settled bets are credited directly to your q879 account balance in PKR as soon as the event result is confirmed and the market settles. You can then withdraw to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account, or use the balance for further gameplay. Settlement of cricket matches typically happens within a short time after the final ball is bowled.
VIP Programme

The VIP programme is open to all registered q879 players. You start earning points automatically from your first real-money bet or spin — no opt-in required. Points accumulate over time and push you through VIP tiers, each offering better rewards. The more consistently you play, the faster your VIP level grows.

VIP rewards on q879 include deposit bonuses, cashback on losses, free spins on selected slot titles, faster withdrawal processing and access to exclusive promotions not available to regular players. Higher VIP tiers offer increasingly valuable benefits. Visit the VIP page for a full breakdown of tier levels and the rewards attached to each one.

VIP points are tied to your activity on q879. Consistent play keeps your points active and your tier maintained. Extended periods of inactivity can affect your standing. The best way to protect your VIP progress is to stay active on the platform — even a regular slot session or a cricket match bet counts towards your points total. Full details on point validity are available on the VIP page.
App & Technical Help

Visit the Download page and follow the instructions for your device. The q879 app is available for Android and iOS. For Android, you will download an APK file directly — you may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your device settings, which is standard for apps downloaded outside the Play Store. The download page has step-by-step guidance for both platforms.

Start with the basics: check your internet connection, close the app fully and reopen it. If the issue continues, clear the app cache in your device settings and try again. Make sure your app is up to date — an outdated version can cause loading issues. If none of that helps, try using the q879 mobile browser version as an alternative while you sort out the app. Contact live support if the problem persists.

Yes. The q879 app and mobile browser are optimised to run on a wide range of Android devices, including budget smartphones popular in Pakistan. You do not need a flagship phone to get a good experience. A stable internet connection — whether mobile data or Wi-Fi — matters more than the phone's processing power for most slot and betting activity. Live casino streaming works best on a faster connection.

Yes. The full q879 platform is accessible via any mobile or desktop browser without downloading anything. The mobile browser version gives you access to slots, live casino, sports betting and your account management. The app offers a slightly faster and more streamlined experience, but the browser version works well on any device with a decent internet connection.
Responsible Gaming

Set a PKR budget before each session and stick to it regardless of results. Decide in advance how long you will play and use a phone timer if that helps. Treat gambling as entertainment, not a way to earn money. Never chase losses — if you have reached your session budget, stop for the day. For more practical guidance on managing your time and money while playing, visit the Responsible Gaming page.

Yes. If you feel your gambling is getting out of hand or you simply want a break, contact the q879 support team and request a temporary account suspension or a self-exclusion period. This is a legitimate and sensible option and the team will handle your request without judgement. q879 is for adults who can manage their own spending — if gambling is affecting your finances or personal life, taking a break is the right call.
